About the position:
The main activity of our company is the long-term rental of cars and light commercial vehicles. Due to its dynamic growth, it has become necessary to expand the SALES team, so we are now looking for an enthusiastic colleague who would support our work as a pillar member of the Acquisition team. In addition to the high level of service of our existing partners, you can also expect exciting tasks when expanding our customer base.

Main tasks:
• Acquisition position:
        – Mapping and using acquisition resources, finding new partners, which includes initiating cold calls and telesales as an activity;
        – Contacting through telesales and keeping in touch with potential corporate (legal entities) customers by telephone, e-mail and in person;
        – Pre-screening of new clients (decision makers of companies / legal entities) open to potential long-term leases in databases, online research and other channels;
        – Tracking of discovered customer potentials, continuous contact with potential Customers;
        – Arranging and conducting of individual meetings (either independently or in collaboration with a professional leader), bidding;
        – Convincing potential decision-makers at organized meetings of the benefits of a long-term lease construction over other solutions available on the market see cash purchase, loan or finance lease;
        – Related administrative tasks;
• Work closely with associates on business-related issues, including monitoring customer needs and developing long-term lease offers;
• Development of our workflow system within the company and with our cooperating partners;
• Tasks related to employer branding.

Required for the position:
• You are an ideal candidate if you have gained 1 year of experience in the field of telesales, you are able to communicate skillfully during a cold call and would like to meet Clients in person;
• You are not afraid of meetings via skype, zoom, by e-mail, phone and in person;
• If you would like ot expand your knowledge in the field of long-term lease, loan and financial leasing constructions and apply it by serving and customizing Customer needs, in addition to getting to know cars and light commercial vehicles;
• You have a driving license and have a routine in driving automatic and manual transmission cars;
• Conversational English knowledge both orally and in writing;
• Knowledge and confident use of social media business networking interfaces (eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• University or college degree and / or additional foreign language skills are advantages;
• User level computer skills;
• Determination, confidentiality;
• Vigorous, proactive attitude;
• Precise, precise, independent work;
• Good networking skills, flexibility;
• Advantage: existing contact list / PR experience gained in student work, part-time or full-time work, experience in employer branding.
